What is PreNet?

PreNet is a neutral registration and infrastructure platform that allows users to build networks and structures to voluntarily participate in external projects later.

PreNet:

  • does not sell products
  • does not pay commissions
  • makes no income promises
  • does not decide on project participation

PreNet functions exclusively as an information and organization platform.

1. Build Phase (Registration & Preparation)
PreNet works with time-defined phases that serve exclusively to build a personal structure. During a phase, a user can invite others, build their personal structure, and prepare for possible future projects.
2. Information About New Projects
When PreNet cooperates with an external project or company, each user is informed individually, transparently, and project-specifically via the backoffice and notifications.
3. Personal Decision (Opt-in/Opt-out)
For each new project, a mandatory decision pop-up appears. The user decides exclusively for themselves: Yes to participate or No without any disadvantages.
4. Deadline & Missing Decision
Users have until the end of the respective project phase to make a decision. Without active consent, no data transfer takes place (GDPR compliant).
5. Handling Structures in Non-Participation
If a user decides against participation, their position is not transferred. If an invited person chooses to participate, the structure is automatically continued to the next participating sponsor.
6. Project Access (Only Upon Consent)
Only users who actively chose "Yes" receive project-related access information. PreNet does not transfer personal data without explicit consent.
7. Continuous Use of PreNet
Regardless of participation in individual projects, PreNet remains usable, structures can continue to be built, and a free, individual decision is made for each new project.
